Inghams Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a generalist digital marketeer to lead our Digital Marketing team. The role requires all-round experience across the digital channels in a B2C environment, and the ability to guide the team in their specialist roles and work as part of the integrated wider Group Marketing team. You will need to ‘PR’ the importance, capabilities and value of the online channels internally with colleagues across the wider business, building strong internal relationships with fellow managers.

Group CRM Manager

This is a new Hotelplan UK role, reflecting the group’s need to focus on the critical importance of customer data, in an increasingly data-driven marketing environment. The objective of this new lynchpin role is to assist the company to ‘work smarter’, selling more effectively and with less wastage, through a highly targeted approach. This requires a constant dialogue with the account managers at our CRM partner, ‘Radar’, and a sharp insight into the group’s data. The role is there to generate information and detailed customer analysis to fuel the group’s marketing strategy across all its brands and products.

Reservations Consultant – Inghams programme

Inghams is looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Consultant. You will use your expertise and passion in travel to deliver excellent customer service whilst meeting sales and service targets. You will be converting leads into bookings for both our winter Ski and our summer Lakes & Mountains programs dealing with a variety of customers and travel agents. Candidates should have previous sales experience, experience in the travel industry and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Temporary Ski Sales Consultants – August - March

We’re looking for charismatic sales people to join our team of experienced ski specialists for the winter season. How successful you are depends on your drive and passion as there is uncapped earning potential and realistic earnings of 18K.
