Leading Ski and Lakes & Mountains holiday specialist Tour Operator, Hotelplan UK, has the following vacancy at our headquarters building conveniently located next to Godalming Station.

Guest Services Executive

Godalming based with occasional overseas travel.

In this role, you will be providing the highest standards of service to our guests, whether smoothing the way for them and resolving queries pre-departure, or investigating and dealing with in-resort and/or post-departure feedback and problems.

You'll need to be a pro-active problem-solver, ideally with at least two years' tour operating or travel agency experience and proven complaints handling experience, whether in the UK or in overseas resorts.  First class, articulate written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, combined with good organisational and analytical skills.
