*With a family of 2 adults purchasing insurance, all children up to the age of 18 living at same address receive FREE Insurance.
Ski insurance is of course critical and you must be insured. Over the years, we have reviewed and improved the cover we provide. We insist every ski guest who travels with us must be insured.
Our Ski insurance is arranged through Fogg Travel Insurance which is one of the UK’s top ski insurance companies and has been for many years. Our reps in resort are briefed and trained in the administration of our own policy, so they can assist with any problems immediately.
Guests not taking our insurance must accept full costs and liabilities normally covered by our policy. These include cancellation, curtailment, expenses resulting from delayed journey to/from resort, loss of luggage or other items, winter sports including mountain rescue and repatriation, off-piste skiing boarding and piste closure. Other insurance policies need checking to establish how they work, who to call etc, and usually this involves you paying on the spot and claiming back in UK. With our own policy there are no ifs and buts.
Snow Guarantee/Piste Closure
When you take out our insurance policy you will automatically be covered for any costs up to £30 per day for transport or lift pass if we have to take you to another ski area if the pistes are closed due to lack of snow. If you wish to purchase Piste Closure cover only the premium is £9 per person per week (no reduction for children).
