Weddings in Lake Garda, Italy

The shimmering blue waters of Lake Garda is perhaps Italy's most romantic location, and provides a breathtaking backdrop for your wedding. You can choose to exchange your vows in a variety of wedding locations around the lake including castles, palaces or even on top of a medieval tower.

We work closely with our wedding agents and partners who will take care of all your wedding arrangements, from the legal paperwork down to the smallest detail allowing you to relax and enjoy your day to the full.

Wedding locations include Maclesine, Sirmione, Torri del Benaco, Gardone Riveria, Riva del Garda, Limone, Garda & Bardolino.

Malcesine is on on the East side of the Lake and is one of the most charming little towns on Lake Garda. Its maze of twisting cobbled streets, bustling squares and picturesque harbour make it a wonderful setting for a wedding.

Sirmione is situated on a long narrow peninsula on the southern edge of Lake Garda, with one of the most spectacular backdrops in Europe.   The 13th century fortress at Simione is probably one of the most recognisable landmarks and certainly one of the most beautiful buildings in the Italian Lakes.

Torri del Benaco further down the coast and is a simply delightful little village, just right for your relaxed and charming wedding. The harbour with its open, working fishing craft is just beneath the walls of the 14th century Castello – a perfect setting for your wedding.

Gardone Riviera, on the west of the lake, is surrounded by hills that allow the area to enjoy a mild microclimate in every season. 
After the simple and charming ceremony perhaps enjoy a champagne cruise around the lake perhaps stopping at another town on the way before returning to the private dock of a superb elegant lakeside restaurant for your reception meal. 

Riva del Garda lies at the Northern most end of Lake Garda and has the most dramatic scenery as the mountains come down to the lake on either side.  It is a favourite for couples who prefer a more sophisticated and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Limone - Nestling alongside lemon groves, beneath the cliffs of the north-western shore of Lake Garda, Limone is a picture perfect. Houses covered in blossoming geraniums and bougainvillaea line the old, cobbled streets that lead up from the lakeside and a promenade which really comes to life in the evening.

Garda and Bardolino lie on the South Eastern shore of the lake, 3 miles apart and linked by a wide promenade affording delightful walks between the two. Both are conveniently located for the airports. In addition, Verona, the home of Romeo and Juliet’s house and the famous opera in the Roman Amphitheatre is not far away.
