The spectacular Wilder Kaiser, or “Wild Emperor”, mountains dominate the valley communities of Ellmau, Söll, Scheffau and Going. Linked by a free bus, you have access to the entertainments and facilities of all four. Lift-accessible mountain theme parks for children, ideal for family holidays, have been created from natural materials to provide fun while learning about this special environment. In the valley, each village has an outdoor fun pool with slides and water splashes, and Going also offers lake bathing with a beach! Activity holidays in mind, each village offers a programme of possibilities, including, in Ellmau, a free Football Academy. If you decide on an excursion, the area is centrally located and only about 50 miles from both Innsbruck and Salzburg.
