This holiday is a chance to get to parts of the valley not easily accessible to the ordinary walker; our professional walking guide will take you in a different direction each day to show you the hidden secrets of this picturesque area. The valley is a small agricultural community consisting of four villages dating back over 800 years; there is no industry and no through traffic. Rich in untouched nature, the fresh air here is known for its recuperative qualities.
