Italian City Sights

Escorted City Tour

The Italian cities have always been renowned for their charm, culture and unique atmosphere. This relaxed and informal tour takes you to three of the most enchanting in one week; historic Rome, romantic Florence, and musical Verona, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the sights and attractions in each.

ROME, of course, the most famous city in Italy which had a profound effect on the world. Rome showcases a varied and fascinating array of architecture and can be viewed on foot. The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps are some of the many famous attractions.

FLORENCE
, set deep in the Tuscan countryside, has a mix of British and Italian cultures as well as housing some of the most famous art and sculptures ever produced by the great Italian masters. Michelangelo's Statue of David and Botticelli's Birth of Venus are all housed in the Uffizi gallery.

VERONA, a small but interesting city that has a big reputation for hosting the best Opera festival in the world! The Arena di Verona is the hub of the city along with the Balcone di Giulietta (the balcony of Juliet), where it is alleged that Juliet was wooed by Romeo. The many back streets and alley ways give Verona a romantic and ancient feel and it's just waiting to be explored.
