There are a variety of walks for nature lovers which takes you through the picturesque Mediterranean scenery, passing vineyards and olive trees surrounded with the scent of lavender and rosemary bushes. Take an early evening walk along the 2km long promenade between Piran and Portoroz and admire the spectacular views following a stop for a glass of wine or coffee in one of Piran's cafés watching the sun set. Alternatively you can discover the sea-salt pans in Secovlje Strunjan and Fiesa Lake. These are some of the highlights in this little fishing village of Piran, and town of Portoroz with its marina. 3-centre holiday

We are delighted to offer this wonderful 3-centre holiday, taking in both Croatia and Slovenia and giving you the opportunity to experience the Istrian coast as well as beautiful mountain scenery. With a choice of two resort combinations, you can be sure to make the most out of your stay. The picturesque resort of Rovinj with its cobbled streets in the Istrian quarter has the allure of an ancient harbour town, whilst Opatija exudes a Mediterranean ambience and a touch of sophistication. Portoroz, on the Slovenian coast, has a flavour of the Italian Riviera, contrasting with the fairytale appearance of Lake Bled with its medieval castle overlooking the lake and the church on its island. Experience true Slovenian hospitality in the traditional mountain resort of Kranjska Gora, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Julian Alps. Our Inghams representatives will be on hand in each resort with recommendations on how best to enjoy your holiday to the full.
