Two-centre Northern Italy tours explore the contrasts between the north and the south of Lake Garda. It includes 5 days touring to the cultural and scenic highlights of the area, giving a comprehensive overview of this corner of Italy. From Riva in the foothills of the Alps on the lake's north shore, we visit the spectacular Dolomites, Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol and travel into the countryside to visit a winery. Desenzano, our second centre, in the south of the lake, is a convenient base from which to visit northern Italy's classical cities. A full day visit is included to Venice and a full day to Verona and Mantua.
