Innsbruck in the heart of the valley.

Wander from one end of the valley to
the other, following the river or to
take a slightly higher pathway to neighbouring
Fulpmes and Telfes. Lots of mountain
huts are dotted about on the hillsides
and easily reached on foot, without a lift. Milders is slightly further into the valley with excellent rambling. From here take the cable car to the glacier or the beautiful Oberburgtal valley for more picturesque trails.
