Eurotunnel offers up to 4 services an hour between Folkestone and Calais, on its 35 minutes, platform-to-platform service. Under vehicle clearance of 10cm is compulsory on all vehicles. LPG/Dual powered vehicles are not allowed on Eurotunnel

How to book
Any resort in a country featured in the Car Holiday Reductions box below can be booked as a car holiday. You must arrive and depart your resort on the same day as our flight days for that resort. We will require details of your intended dates and times of travel together with details of your car. Please advise us at the time of booking of the height and length of your vehicle so that the right space can be booked. Some routes carry a per person supplement as shown in the supplements table. Check both outbound and inbound day and time of travel to calculate your supplement.

• En-route accommodation, meals, petrol, motorway charges, local fjord ferry crossings etc.
• Swiss Half-price Card if travelling to Switzerland (see page 318).
Important notes – all car holidays
1. Whilst it is possible to have different outward and return routes, both crossings must be made with the same company. All cars on one booking must travel on the same crossings.
2. Whilst every effort is made to arrange the precise dates, timings and on board accommodation you request, at busy times and in peak periods, crossings on popular routes quickly become full. As all car bookings are subject to availability, we will book the nearest possible alternative and will confirm the details on your invoice.
3. If you wish to alter any details of your crossings after you have made the booking, an administration fee is payable (see Booking Conditions).
4. Details shown are for booking cars only. Minibuses and campervans may be booked with Eurotunnel for further supplements. Details on request. Commercial vehicles may not be booked.
5. The price that will appear on our reservations system (“Quick Cost”) when you provisionally book your holiday may not include all of the route/
accommodation supplements.
6. Details of all overheight vehicles, trailers etc must be given at time of booking. Additions/changes will incur administrative fees. We recommend that you consult the ferry companies’ brochures or websites for the most up-to-date information on ferry timetables.
