Ski groups - choosing your resort

Not sure which resort suits your group? Our "Best for Groups" resorts are chosen because they suit all levels of skier, have a lively and varied après-ski scene, and the hotels, chalets and Chalet Hotels will happily accommodate groups. Ski group friendly accommodations

• Chalet Hotels have a great atmosphere and we can guarantee large numbers, adjacent rooms and a big ski group table at dinner.
• Chalets can be reserved for the exclusive use of your ski group, even if your group isn't big enough to fill it.
• Ski group friendly hotels will try and allocate your rooms near to each other and seat you together at dinner.

We really appreciate all the work that group leaders put in to arranging a ski holiday, and therefore offer the following 'helping hands' to make life that little bit easier!

• Free places are available in chalets, Chalet Hotels, hotels and & apartments for ski groups.

• Free name changes up to 4 weeks before your departure date on all charter flights.

• Free lift pass for group leaders! Available on groups of 15 guests or more in all chalets, Chalet Hotels and partner hotels, when all group members pre-book their lift-pass with us.

• Free group seating on our charter flights.

• Free lift-pass delivery pre-booked lift passes will be delivered to you on the transfer coach or on arrival in resort.

• Free thinking time! We will gladly put the initial group enquiries 'on option' for you, safe-guarding your chosen holiday whilst allowing group members, confirm details and arrange deposit payments, before confirming the booking.

• Flexible flying fly from different UK airports, and we will still apply your group reduction to all group members, as long as all book on the same date for the same accommodation.

• Group ski lessons subject of course to ski ability levels, we will always arrange for group members to ski together in the same ski school classes. Dedicated lessons exclusively for your group of 10 or more are also available on request in many resorts.

• Group dining we can reserve group seating for you on all catered or half board holidays, to allow your group to dine together each evening. 

• Group sizes Our generous group reductions start from groups as small as 7 guests and from there upwards, the sky really is the limit! Up to 1 in 5 fo Free on many dates with 2 Free places for a group of 10, 3 Free places for a group of 15, and so on.

• Pre-bookable ski-packs all your group's lift-pass, ski-hire and tuition requirements can be sorted out and paid in advance, ensuring your week gets off to the smoothest possible start!

• Free travel insurance for group leaders, when at least ten adult group members book Inghams insurance.

• Your own personal Groups Advisor - With the personal touch and continuity vital to a smooth group holiday, we will allocate you one of our experienced Groups Advisors, to help out every step of the way leading up to your holiday.

Standard Group Reductions

Our 'Standard' group reductions apply to all holidays flying on charter flights anywhere in Europe, and staying in any accommodation except for holidays spanning all or part of the following peak periods: Christmas/New Year, Half-Term or Easter.

Scheduled Flight Group Reductions


For groups of 10 guests or more, flying on any scheduled flights booked through Inghams to Europe or North America, a discount of 5% off the basic brochure price applies, on all dates except for those covering Christmas/New Year, Half-Term, or any part of the Easter weekend.
