Skiing in Davos is a great place for beginners to start. The skiing in Davos is fantastic for intermediate and advanced skiers, offering variety and mileage - try the 12km challenge from Weissfluhgipfel to Küblis. Or hit the black runs on Rinerhorn and Jakobshorn for extra thrills! Davos also has a superb snow park on Jakobshorn, complete with wicked half pipes and jumps. Combine this with the resort's great off-piste and you'll see why this is a very popular resort with snowboarders.

Ski holidays in Davos also offer a good choice of mountain restaurants such as 'Schwendi' at Parsenn, which serves fantastic local speciality dishes. The main Promenade in the village is lined with shops, cafés and a few lively night spots. Non-skiers have plenty of fun on skiing holidays to Davos, with a huge choice of activities from ice-skating to ice hockey, curling, tobogganing and more.

Beginners skiing in Davos

The nursery slopes at Bolgen and Bünda are excellent. Ski school takes place at Bolgen and Buenda in Davos and there are some easy runs at Parsenn for gaining confidence. There are some wonderfully easy blues at Pischa for practising those all-important turns. 

Intermediates skiing in Davos

The wide and rolling blue and red runs are brilliant for cruising intermediate skiers or boarders looking to improve technique.

Advanced skiing in Davos

Try the 12km challenge from Weissfluhgipfel to Küblis on the Parsenn, or head to Rinerhorn and Jakobshorn for some exhilirating black runs.
