Selva is ideally positioned amidst the largest interconnected ski area in Europe. Set in the charming Gardena valley, it combines the best of Italian and Austrian traditions. Its highlight is the quantity and variety of skiing right on its doorstep, a paradise for skiers of all levels: ski the Sella Ronda circuit, discover the Hidden Valley or scale the marmolada glacier. Village nursery slopes are ideal for beginners who will speedily progress under the care of the expert ski school. The resort offers ice skating, several bierkellers, bars and pubs to entertain. Two of our hotels are located in the pretty, bustling resort of Ortisei 5km down the valley. Ortisei links easily to Selva’s pistes whilst its local Alpe di Siusi ski area boasts cross-country trails and a thrilling 6km toboggan run.
