Saas Fee

A beautiful traditional high-alpine village with an excellent snow record, Saas-Fee is a charming traffic-free resort with a magnificent backdrop of towering peaks and dazzling blue glaciers. The nursery slopes at one end of the village are perfect for beginners and youngsters, whilst intermediates have the run of the slopes, including the steeper reds at Plattjen, the short steep blacks from Felskinn and Spielboden, and the stamina-testing long descent from Mittelallalin at 3,500m all the way back to the village (Mittelallalin is home to the highest revolving restaurant in the world!). Saas-Fee is popular with snowboarders for its snow park (with its half-pipe, kickers and rails!), not to mention its nightlife!
