Important
We must respect the wishes of those hoteliers who may not wish to accept groups above a certain number or single sex parties etc. We have an allocation of rooms at contract rates and conditions and many hoteliers are unwilling to give us “extra to allocation” rooms at these special rates. Where we are able to obtain extra rooms these may not be offered to us at contract rates and supplements may apply. Names of all those in the group will be required within 14 days of the booking being confirmed. We do not accept “tba” (to be advised) names. We recommend that you book ski carriage and ski packs when confirming your booking to avoid disappointment.
Qualifying Conditions
European holidays:
• Free places apply to 7 night holidays only, on charter flights, or charter rail.
• Self-drive, accommodation only and holidays using scheduled flights, scheduled rail: the high season (HS) band applies.
• Free places do not include supplements for flights, accommodation, meals, ski packs, insurance etc.
USA, Canada and Japan holidays:
• The percentage reduction is calculated from the brochure selling price, excluding flight supplements, meals, ski packs, insurance etc.
For all destinations:
• Party size is determined by the number of passengers paying the full brochure price. Two children receiving extra bed discounts count as one adult.
• The whole party must stay at the same hotel, chalet or apartment complex for the same number of nights. For a party of mixed transport methods or routes, reductions are based on the lowest basic holiday price.
• Later additions can be made to the party - subject to availability - but the group discount originally granted will not be increased as a result of any such additions. If party size reduces after booking, discounts will be reduced accordingly and may be lost altogether if all conditions are not complied with.
• If we have obtained rooms extra to our usual contract allocation in order to accommodate the group, and the group subsequently reduces in size, we reserve the right to recost the holiday.
• All passengers must pay a deposit irrespective of whether they represent a free place or a paying place in the group. The deposits paid will later be credited against the final balance.
