We offer free places to groups of eight or more people staying in hotels in Europe. Please see the table below for the number of free places available, offered in the following hotels. If your group stays in an apartment or a hotel not listed here, you receive half a free place fewer.

We offer a 5% discount on the brochure selling price to groups of
ten or more people staying in hotels or condominiums in
USA, Canada or Japan.

Important notes for Group Bookings
- We have an allocation of rooms in our hotels contracted at special rates and conditions; many hoteliers cannot give us any additional rooms at these rates. Occasionally we are able to obtain extra rooms, but supplements may apply.
- We must respect the wishes of our hoteliers that choose not to accept bookings from single sex parties or groups above a certain number.
- We recommend that you book ski carriage and ski packs when confirming your booking to avoid disappointment.
Conditions for free places
- For holidays to Europe, free places apply to only seven-night holidays using charter flights or charter rail. For self-drive, accommodation-only and holidays using scheduled flights or scheduled rail, the high season (HS) band applies.
- To receive your free place or discount, your whole party must stay at the same accommodation for the same number of nights. If your party uses mixed transport methods or routes, reductions are based on the lowest basic holiday price.
- Free places and discounts do not include supplements for flights, accommodation, meals, ski packs, insurance etc.
- Party size is determined by the number of passengers paying the full brochure price. Two children receiving extra bed discounts count as one adult.
- Later additions can be made to your party, subject to availability, but the original group discount will not be increased as a result of these additions. If your party size reduces after booking, discounts will be reduced accordingly and may be lost altogether if all conditions are not complied with.
- If we have obtained rooms extra to our contracted allocation in order to accommodate your group, we reserve the right to recost the holiday if your group subsequently reduces in size.
- We require a deposit from all passengers, including those that represent a free place in the group. This deposit will be credited later against the final balance.
- The names of all people in your group are required within 14 days of the booking being confirmed. Regrettably, we do not accept 'tba' (to be advised) names.
