What's included - Holidays by Car

Our Prices Include:

  • Return Ferry Crossings by short sea route for car and 5 passengers.
  • Inghams Motoring Pack containing a road map, GB sticker, etc.
  • Accommodation and meal arrangements in resort as confirmed.
  • Services of our resort representatives and local agents. (May not apply to A la Carte bookings).

Our Prices Do Not Include:

  • Car holiday supplements for long sea crossings or supplements if fewer than 5 persons travelling by car.
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Supplement for piste closure insurance if insurance other than that arranged by Inghams is taken.
  • Any on board accommodation supplements on ferry crossings.
  • Any charge for use of bath/shower in some hotels where a standard room (with wash basin) has been booked.
  • Any supplements or reductions indicated on the price panels for extra or alternative facilities, meals or occupancy.
  • Any supplements for optional gala dinners arranged by hotelier, to be paid locally.
  • Ski packs as detailed on relevant resort pages.
  • Additional charges that hotels may make for certain facilities such as sports facilities, entry to swimming pools, saunas, garage parking, cots etc.
  • Local expenses (e.g. resort taxes, linen if optional) for some self-catering accom-modation (see relevant resorts).

Chalets

The word ‘Chalet’ in this section refers to both chalets and Chalet Hotels. Chalet holiday prices are per person based on the quoted occupancy of the base room in each chalet (these vary from chalet to chalet) and supplements and deductions are payable for different room types and occupancies.

Chalet and clubhotel holiday prices include:

  • Travel to/from the resort by your chosen method and route: please see the applicable resort information and travel pages.
  • Bed linen and towels and any applicable local
    taxes.
  • Chalet catering as described by chalet classifications.
  • The services of our chalet staff.

Please note:

(I) Children (up to 11 years incl.) are welcome in all of our Clubhotels and there are 3 chalets without resrictions - see chalet section for details. In all other chalets they are welcome as part of a group or family booking the chalet for their 'Exclusive Use'. It is essential that the ages of children are advised at the time of booking.

(II) If separate bookings are sharing a chalet we are not able to disclose any details appertaining to other guests.

(III) Private facilities are not always 'En suite".

(IV) Chalets are not normally available for occupation until 16.30hrs on the day of arrival.

We reserve the right to move bookings of up to 4 clients to an alternative chalet in the same resort in the event that there are no other bookings in the original chalet.

Special Requests

If you have a special request please indicate so at the time of booking and we will pass these on to the chalet/hotel. We must point out that these requests cannot be guaranteed and any costs are payable locally.
