The best place to start
We’ve been passionate about skiing and boarding for many years. Now it’s your chance to take up a fantastic winter sport.
Our 'Learn to' packages are designed to help you plan your first time on the slopes – we’re confident you’ll return with a sense of achievement, a new set of friends and a yearning to get your next trip booked as soon as possible!
Learn to… ski or snowboard
Our pre-bookable packages for complete beginners include all you need to kickstart the learning process and offer considerable savings on the cost of purchasing each item separately.
We use some of the best ski rental shops in resort, and you’ll be in good company during your lessons as you and your fellow learners attempt your first snowploughs or turns together – all under the supervision of expert, Englishspeaking instructors.
To help you progress easily, we’ve picked resorts that are ideal for first-time skiers and boarders with a good mix of nursery slopes and gentle pistes. Turn to our Resort Finder on the inside back cover of this brochure to see where we feature ‘Learn To’.
What's included
Most packages feature all three of the following items, but you can find specific details on the relevant resort introduction pages:- Skis / board, poles and boots
- Lift pass
- Tuition.
Learn to…cross-country ski
Cross-country skiing is easy to learn and a great way to take in the scenery at your own pace; the fresh scent of a pine forest, the sparkle of a frozen lake, the tranquillity of winter in the mountains.
We offer special beginners’ packages in Seefeld (Austria), Kandersteg (Switzerland), Levi, Ruka, Saariselkä and Ylläs (Lapland) and Kranjska Gora (Slovenia).
Intermediate and Advanced
Whether you’ve spent a few weeks on the slopes or you’ve been skiing or boarding for years, we offer a specialist package to help develop your performance. Master carving, nail the half-pipe, conquer mogul fields or enjoy the thrill of off-piste powder – take a look at what we offer to help drive your skiing or boarding to the next level.
