Inghams Villas Holidays

Our properties offer a comfortable, home-from-home environment, and are booked for exclusive use, so you can relax in the company of your partner, friends or family. Most of our villas are privately owned and furnished by the proprietor in their individual style, often reflecting the fashion and culture of the region. The maximum occupancy of each villa is shown in the property descriptions, followed by useful details, such as number of bedrooms location and facilities.

Our well-travelled reservations team has a wealth of experience to help you choose the right villa for you. Once you've booked your property, our consultants are happy to assist with any queries you may have before departure.

Holiday matchmaker service

If you are finding it difficult to choose the right villa for your needs, let us do the hard work. Simply tell us where and when you would like to go, your party size and any other important criteria. We will then send you information with villas that match your specific requirements. This is a fantastic service that reduces the hassle of arranging your holiday and receives great feedback from our customers.

Travel advice

Although our villas are booked as accommodation only, we are happy to advise on the best way to get to your chosen destination. To make things easier, flights and car hire can also be booked through Inghams, though these are sold and invoiced separately to the accommodation element of your holiday.

During your holiday

Every property is managed by a key holder or a local service office who are on hand to help with any queries you may have about your villa. The key holder is normally the property owner or someone appointed by the owner, and lives nearby, so can be reached quickly and easily. Our local service offices are located in each of our country destinations and in most regional locations.

What's included?

The following items are included in all our properties, so are not mentioned individually in the descriptions:

• Private living area with comfortable seating.
• Dining table with sufficient number of chairs.
• Kitchen facilities, including a fridge and a hot plate (ovens and microwaves are included in some villas and are mentioned in property descriptions where applicable).
• Cooking utensils, including pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

In addition

All other items are mentioned in property descriptions if they are available. These items may include:

• Kitchenette: a kitchen corner in the living room in an open-plan style.
• Kettles and teapots: most European apartments do not have kettles, and tea bags are not sold in many destinations so we advise you take your own.
• Single bed: measures approx. 190cm x 90cm.
• Double bedroom: denotes two separate beds pushed together or two single mattresses on a double base. This measures approx. 190cm x 140cm.
• Room with double bed: denotes one double bed for two people, and measures approx. 190cm x 180cm.
• Sofa bed: sometimes called "double divan" or pull out bed, this is placed in the living area.
• Heating: available at an extra cost in selected villas.
• Fireplace: firewood is not usually provided.
• Water heaters: some properties have very small water heaters, so it may not be possible to take numerous consecutive showers.
• Parking: where available, this is included in the rent, unless stated as "extra".
• Swimming pool: many villas have their own or shared swimming pool, denoted by property descriptions. We specify in each property description whether the pool is private or shared.
• TV

Additional costs

An extra cost is charged for final cleaning, bed linen and local tax in some properties. Where applicable, these costs are shown in the right-hand columns of the price panels.

Check in, check out

Check in: Keys can be collected between 4pm and 7pm on the arrival day.

Check out: Villas must be vacated by 10am on the departure day. We will send you the villa address and directions, together with your holiday voucher. Some key holders require a breakage deposit of £150 (more for large or luxurious villas), which you pay to the key holder on arrival. This deposit is returned to you on departure or shortly afterwards provided there is no damage to the villa or its contents.
