Skiing, snow and Pilates

  • Pilates is a relatively new form of exercise and a great means of improving core strength, developing flexibility, control and endurance. These skills are imperative for skiers who need to be agile and fit on the slopes. During a Pilates class skiers can develop their muscles correctly, helping them to prevent injury and relax and recuperate after an thrilling day of skiing or snowboarding

    For guests staying at the Chalet Hotel St. Christoph, Austria on the weeks commencing 27th February and 5th March 2016 Inghams are offering a complimentary, one hour Pilates class each evening Monday to Friday for all abilities starting at around 17.30. The classes will be run by Inghams Pilates instructor John and the classes will focus on core stability and flexibility.

    Not only can Inghams guests enjoy the Pilates sessions but also a week of fantastic skiing in St. Christoph with 340 km of slopes, a ski-in/ ski-out Chalet

    Hotel with an indoor pool and sauna.
