The luxurious and modern Hotel Ambasciatori is set right on the coast beside Riccione's lovely beachfront promenade. You'll find yourself in prime location for spending relaxing days on the sandy beach or exploring the Viale Ceccarini - the heart of the shopping and entertainment district. A 15 minute stroll to the train station opens the door to explore the heart of Bologna in just under an hour. Enjoy a swim in the large 50 square metre outdoor swimming pool which is heated to 28°C. Find a comfortable longer on the wooden decking that surrounds it and and soak up the Italian sunshine. Head across the road to the wide sandy beach where you'll find comfortable loungers shaded by parasols.   

Unwind at the hotel's brand new wellness centre, with a relaxing hydro massage, sauna or Turkish bath (payable locally). In the evening take a stroll along the promenade which is lined by lots of bars, restaurants and gelaterias. After, head to the hotels Le Bistrot Restaurant and dine with lovely views over the Adriatic Sea. Taste the traditional cuisine of the Romagna Region, created with care by the chef with fresh seasonal produce. Visit Cattolica

The wide golden beaches of Cattolica line the Adriatic Coast and attract sun worshipers throughout the summer. It’s a quaint town with a laid-back atmosphere. Spend the day relaxing on the beautiful beach, sipping cocktails in beach clubs, exploring local markets and trying delicious Italian cuisine from the towns many restaurants. 

Visit Gabicce Mare

Sometimes described as the secret seaside of Italy, Gabicce Mare borders the beautiful Monte San Bartol nature reserve and Cattolica. To the north you’ll find pristine sandy beaches lined with loungers and to the south you’ll find the wilder surroundings of the nature reserve.

Riccione

Riccione is sfamed as one of Italy's first seaside resorts. Apart from being a fantastic seaside destination the town is also renowned for its culinary delights, with plenty of top restaurants around you’ll have to try the fresh local seafood. There is entertainment to be found for people of all ages from exciting water parks perfect for family days out to cycling through local trails and routes in the surrounding countryside. Head into town browsing the streets lined with boutique shops, stroll through the shaded promenades of Papa Giovanni Paolo II Park. As the day cools stroll along the beachfront promenade to enjoy an appreitivo at one of the waterfront cafes or bars that are dotted along the waterfront.

Restaurants & Bars

Le Bistro Restaurant is an excellent fusion of local tradition and international cuisine and boast a large selection of wine. Diners can enjoy lovely views as the restaurant overlooks the main promenade with the beach beyond.

Cocktail Bar The hotel has its very own cocktail bar serving up delicious combinations for guests to try.

The lounge bar is open for aperitifs and from mid June to the end of October, one night a week you’ll find live music playing.

Pools & Beaches

The hotel has a large (50m²) swimming pool that is heated to 28°C and surrounded by sun loungers. The pool is open from mid May to the end of September.

Guests can enjoy the beach facilities including sun loungers from the 3rd row which are included in the hotel price from the 25 May – 20 Sep.

Spa

The hotel boasts the largest spa in Riccione. It has an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Salt room, Sauna, Turkish bath, showers as well as massage and treatment rooms. Entrance to the spa, massages and treatments are payable locally. Please note that guests must be 16 or over to use the spa facilities.

Open Monday-Sunday 10am to 09pm & Friday from 10am to 12am.
