Set in the heart of the seaside town of Cattolica, the beautiful Liberty style period building of Hotel Kursaal stands on the broad sandy coast line of the Adriatic. Located directly in front of the beach and beside the lovely town square of Piazza Primo Maggio. Just down the coast from its bigger and busier counterpart, Rimini, the hotel finds itself in a more laid back setting. Being close to the centre of town means you won't be far from small shops, cafes and restaurants. In the summer months see street performances in the main square and enjoy the buzz of happy holiday makers.

Start the day with some fresh fruit, brioche and a delicious cappuccino from the breakfast buffet and then stroll out onto the carefully manicured sandy coast, lined with comfortable loungers and parasols (payable locally). Once you've had your beach fix come back to the calm oasis of the hotel and grab a cool and refreshing drink and a tasty snack from the hotel bar. Find a shady spot to lounge by the lovely outdoor swimming pool that looks out across the beach. In the evening the pool is illuminated creating an ideal setting for an aperitivo before heading for a delicious meal in the hotel's restaurant. The comfortable rooms are a bright and airy retreat after days spent making the most of the Italian sunshine.
