Residenza Castiglioni is a charming three-star property in the heart of Florence. Its excellent location means that it’s just minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station and all of the city’s must-see sights are just a short walk away. The Medici Chapel, Duomo and Uffizi Gallery are all close by as well as many highly-rated restaurants and bars.

This friendly hotel perfectly combines modern comfort with historic touches. As you step into the Renaissance building, you’re greeted by frescoed walls and ceilings and classic furnishings. The guest rooms are all individually decorated and offer ample space with light colours to create a welcoming feeling. You’ll find some rooms in the more modern annex that’s just across the pretty courtyard. Before you set off to explore Florence and the surrounding areas, be sure to indulge in the excellent continental breakfast buffet where you’ll be spoilt for choice with local cheeses, meats, fresh fruit and homemade yogurts.

Classic Rooms measure 18m² and can sleep up to three people. They are finished in a typical Florentine style with warm furnishings. Deluxe Rooms are 24m² and are located in the hotel’s annex that's just across the courtyard. These rooms can sleep up to two people and are finished in a more modern style but with classic pieces of furniture.

Superior Rooms are 24m² and sleep up to three people. They have beautiful frescoed walls and ceilings and have been finished in calming, pastel colours.

Suites can accommodate up to three people and measure 42m². High ceilings and large windows add to the sense of space here and the rooms are classically furnished with frescoes and sumptuous furnishings in the open plan living area. These rooms are available on request, please call to book.

Executive Suites are on the top level of the hotel and stretch over 82m². They have a more modern style with light colours and touches of history with carefully-placed antiques. These rooms are available on request, please call to book.
