The Flair - Rooftop Restaurant is located on the terrace, with stunning panoramic views. Offering dishes with delicious combinations of flavours. The cuisine takes inspiration from Italian and European influences. The chef creates impeccable dishes with a creative flair and tasting menus are available.The Flair has a Restaurant menu, a Bistro menu and has an extensive wine list. 

The restaurant is open Mon - Sat from 7.00pm - 11.00pm, Bistro is open Mon - Sat 12.30pm -3.00pm and Sun 12.30pm - 3.00pm, 7.00pm -11.00pm and the Rooftop Bar is open from Mon- Sun 12.30pm - midnight.
