Excellent location, panoramic views of Lake Como and great value for money sum up the Hotel Bazzoni nicely. The hotel is in the centre of Tremezzo and the town's ferry terminal is just next door, which means it's easy for you to get out and explore. Its location on the edge of the lake allows for some amazing picture opportunities for those with a keen eye for photography.

The hotel itself offers simple accommodation with 137 rooms all individually decorated. The interior is full of character and history with many of the design elements having been rescued from the former spa hotel after it was bombed in World War II. A buffet restaurant is located on the ground floor and overlooks the lake. It offers plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner including pasta and other local specialities. We've included a free drink's package in our rate so you can enjoy a selection of local beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks with your meals.

A swimming pool is open from May to September and you're also welcome to use the facilities at the sister hotel Britannia Excelsior. A shuttle service will take you there and you can enjoy their amenities until 6.30pm. This includes their buffet restaurant, pizzeria and Simply Pasta restaurant for no extra charge.

Transfer time: approx. 2 hours by coach from Milan Malpensa airport.

Tremezzo

Stretching across the west lake promenade on Lake Como, Tremezzo borders on the resorts of Lenno and Menaggio. Tremezzo is one of Lake Como’s quieter treasures, with a small but beautiful medieval sector of the town with winding cobbled streets and grand 18th and 19th century houses and hotels lined up along the promenade. Nestled under the watchful gaze of Mount Crocione with great views across the lake towards Bellagio, the area of Tremezzo is also known as the Azalea Riviera because of the masses of stunning azaleas and rhododendrons, camellias and magnolias that bring the whole place to life with their vibrant and multicoloured blossoms.

Tremezzo is extremely well linked to other towns across Lake Como with efficient ferry and bus services going to and from your home base.
