Weekly open air concerts on the bandstand
Come and see the live music playing on the bandstand in Kurpark and by the church of St. Oswald. This wonderful music event attracts music loves from all around, and creates a fabulous memorable experience.
Villages in Tyrol celebrate the annual ‘Almatrieb’ in September. The festival celebrates the end fo the summer when the cows are led down the mountain to their stables for the winter. Cowbells echo through the valley as hundreds of cows pass by, all highly decorated in traditional costume.
Weekly Tyrolean evening
Taking place in the Kaltschmid Hotel, enjoy an evening of dancing, yodeling, live music and traditional Tyrolean clothes and dress. Great fun for all involved, the evening is both educational as well as plenty of fun.
Occuring this year in June, it doesn’t matter if you like your strudel sweet or fruity, the Strudelfest is a great (and delicious!) day out for all the family. You can even make your own strudel yourself and watch the confectioners at work
Annual Dorf festival
A wonderful community festival in Seefeld, in aid of charity, the annual Dorf festival sees the local inhabitants come together to celebrate Austrian culture with music, dance, delicious food stands as well as art and crafts for the children too.
White Night fashion show
Enjoy a night of fashion and style, Seefeld opens the White Night fashion show with live music, DJ’s, casino, Charity roulette, and fantastic firework displace but there’s one catch though… you have to dress in white!
Traditional Tyrolean handicrafts festival
Come and visit the ALTES HANDWERK TIROL festival in September, a festival of traditional handcrafts from the Tyrolean region, where you can see master craftsmen at work from basket weavers, saddlers, quill embroiderers, felt makers, hatters, blacksmiths, sheep shearing and more.
Perfect your cookery skills with our expert. Master the art of making Austrian Strudel. Experts say your pastry should be so thin you can read a newspaper through it! Afterwards, enjoy your handiwork served warm with sugar and cream.
