The exclusive five star Résidence Les Cimes has an excellent location in La Clusaz, making it incredibly easy to get onto the slopes each day. The high-end apartments are furnished in a contemporary Alpine style, and provide a cosy place to retreat to at the end of the day.

Ideal location

The residence has an ideal location in La Clusaz, situated directly opposite the Bossonnet ski lift - giving you quick and easy access onto the slopes each day. The resort centre is only a short walk away from the property, where you can find a handful of bars and shops including a supermarket.

If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants serving delicious Savoyard specialities, a ski holiday to France is not complete without sampling a fondue or raclette.

High-end apartments

The residence is perfect for those looking for high-end apartments in a pretty alpine village. The apartments have everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Alps, with a fully equipped kitchen you can whip up tasty meals or you can add on a Huski package, who provide premium oven ready meals to your door. With a lounge area overlooking the resort, it is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain.

Soothing spa and swimming pool

After a day of exploring La Clusaz, make the most of the residence only wellness area. This luxurious spa decorated with stone and wood will provide relaxation for both mind and body. Rest and relax in the sauna, or enjoy relaxing in the heated indoor pool which features a swan neck to relax your neck and shoulders, and has jets to create a whirlpool bath.

La Clusaz, a picturesque Savoyard village located in the beautiful Aravis mountain range. The resort features a rustic centre with a church, shops and a variety of traditional restaurants serving regional specialties, as well as a number of bars to take advantage of the resort's welcoming ambiance. The ski domain is made up of five interlinked mountains within the Haute-Savoie region, providing access to the expansive Massif des Aravis Ski Area. With 210 kilometres of downhill skiing, beginners and intermediates can enjoy the green and blue runs, while experts can ski the abundant off-piste terrain.

Skiing and snowboarding in La Clusaz

La Clusaz is part of the Aravis Ski Area, which provides access to 133 marked pistes. The resort's excellent green and blue runs make it a great place for beginners and families. For intermediate and advanced skiers, there's an assortment of slopes and an abundance of off-piste terrain (we recommend hiring a guide), as well as the opportunity to ski Le Grand Bornand with an Aravis Lift Pass.

For the majority of the hotels and apartments we offer in La Clusaz you can reach the slopes within a few minutes, making it extremely easy to get onto the mountain.

Bars and restaurants in La Clusaz

La Clusaz is a lively resort with variety of bars and restaurants both in the the village and up in the mountains which offer great food, service and value for money. There's plenty of choices serving a variety of different dishes, whether you feel like a burger, pizza, pasta or traditional Savoyard dishes. The resort also has a number of bars to choose from, relax after a day on the slopes with a glass of Vin Chaud (hot wine) with a log fire and a mountain view.

Enjoy lunch with a view of the mountains at one of the many restaurants dotted around the ski area, many of which serve excellent Savoyard specialities. We recommend sampling the tartiflette.

Three bedroom apartment sleeps four to eight people and is around 71m². The apartments are made up as two double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and one bedroom with bunk beds.

Beds are made on arrival and end of stay cleaning is included.
