The centre of Canazei is within walking distance and there's a bus stop just outside that'll take you to the lifts. If you want to do a bit of cross country skiing, the loop is just behind the hotel. When you get back to the hotel head to the bar to watch the sun set over the Marmolada, the Dolomite's highest peak.
The décor here is traditional with local woods and a homely feel. Food is a real treat with authentic dishes being served for dinner and delicious, homemade desserts. Our favourite is the apple strudel! Make sure you spend some time in the spa, too. There's a great indoor pool, Finnish sauna and steam room.
