The Central Sport has a reputation for its excellent service and cuisine. Benefitting from having a central location just a few minutes’ walk from the main street of Davos and a minute’s walk from the ski bus stop.

Alpine style

The hotel has an inviting atmosphere - it's elegant, but has perfectly captured that cosy alpine feel we love when staying in the mountains. With nice social areas like the lobby and bar, you'll have plenty of space to catch up on the days activities over a drink with friends and family. Don't miss the tea and cake when you get back from the slopes. The bedrooms provide all the essential comforts, especially the Superior rooms which have been newly renovated.

Excellent location

Enjoy a great location in the centre of Davos Platz - just a few minutes’ walk from the main street and about a minute from the ski bus stop. The regular bus service, with links to the Jakobshorn or Parsenn lifts, Davos Dorf and Klosters, is free for local ski and accommodation pass holders. Making it really easy to get around and explore the Graubunden Ski Region.

Relax and swim

The Central Spa is the place to head for some rest and relaxation after big ski days. Ease the muscles with a swim in the heated pool or take a steam bath or sauna. It's all included in the holiday price. They also offer a range of massage treatments that are available to book and pay for locally.

Davos, a bustling town just up and over from the more genteel Klosters, is located in a spectacular valley with great views all around. You may know it as the famed annual World Economic Forum host, but there's plenty more to see and do in this friendly town. Enjoy world class skiing, winter walking, sledging or if you're lucky you can see the Swiss champions Hockey Club Davos at the towns ice rink.

Skiing and snowboarding in Davos

With high-altitude skiing across six different areas, the linked Davos and Klosters region, includes the celebrated Parsenn, Jakobshorn, Rinerhorn, Pischa, Gotschna and Madrisa mountains. There's a good mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced slopes - so there's something for skiers and boarders of all levels. We love the extensive Parsenn area, which has upwards of a hundred pistes, and amazing long runs all the way down to Serneus and Küblis - it's the key to the heart of the Davos-Klosters skiing, and the location for the legendary annual Parsenn Derby race.

Where to stay in Davos

Davos is split into two parts Davos Dorf and Davos Platz - both areas are conveniently linked by bus, train or about 45 minutes on foot. With Inghams you'll have a choice of high quality 4 and 5 star hotels in both areas. Whether you're after a little luxury, something modern or somewhere with spa facilities so that you relax and unwind after a big day on the slopes, we've got the hotel for you. They're all located close to the lifts, accessing different areas of the mountains. You'll never be far from a train station or bus stop - so it couldn't be easier to explore different parts of the resort.

Bars and restaurants in Davos

There are some great mountain restaurants on the slopes - Schwendi at Parsenn is one of our favourite lunch spots serving up tasty local dishes. In the evenings, stroll down the town’s Promenade Street and you'll find lots of cosy restaurants and cafés. If you're looking for something a bit more lively there's a good apres and night life scene in town - live music and DJ sets are often on the cards.
