What’s included in our Reindeer rides:
Visiting a local reindeer farm gives you an evocative picture of the traditional lifestyle, in which reindeer play a central part. You’ll hear great stories from your hosts and learn all about the reindeer, including their fondness for lichen.
Ride in a reindeer sleigh through the frozen trees. You’ll feel as if you’ve entered the secret world of Narnia through a magic wardrobe. At least until your reindeer decides to pause for a snack on some tasty lichen under the snow... some do have a stubborn streak.
Either way, you can get close to one of our (and Santa’s) favourite animals - something not to be missed!
What’s included in Husky excursion:
The huskies are always animated and ready to go. As soon as they are harnessed to their sleds, the sound of excited barking fills the air. The huskies are in their element as the sled glides across the pristine snow.
After some essential instruction you and your team of huskies will be on your way. Keeping in line along the trails, speeding through the wilderness and weaving through the deep forest in the low winter sun.

What’s included in the Santa's Elves Hideaway excursion:
Santa's home is hidden away in a snowy, magic forest - full of atmosphere and fun for the children. Visit one of Santa's workshops and meet his elves, take part in Elf school and various snow games for youngsters - tobogganing and snowballs are always on the agenda. Plus of course, there's the highlight of the day - meeting with Santa Claus himself.

- Saariselkä - Visit Santa's Home (group meeting with Santa), 5km Husky Safari & Reindeer Safari (Thermal Suits & Boots are already included for all guests in Saariselkä) - Excursion days and times will be advised on arrival in resort

Cancellation: If you choose to cancel or if you choose not to participate in an excursion for whatever reason, the supplier’s terms and conditions will apply. In the event of cancellation of a qualifying excursion, the cost of the excursion (minus the 20% saving) will be deducted from any refund due.
