Regular lake ferries and hydrofoils call here, so it's easy to visit the many other interesting and attractions and villages dotted along the Lake Como's scenic shores - for instance, Villa Carlotta, just across the lake at Cadenabbia, which gives vivid glimpses into an elegant past. And walkers can enjoy the Inghams Guided Wanderwalk around local hamlets and other sights of interest.
In Bellagio, Villas Melzi and Serbelloni can be visited; entrance is around €8.50 (reductions for over 65’s). Even today, these villas retain their glamour.
