A heads-up if you're planning a trip to San Cassiano in summer 2027: The Piz Sorega gondola will be closed for construction all season. Since it's the resort's only lift, you'll need to head to La Villa for the nearest cable car - a quick 10-minute ride on the 465 bus or a 5km walk if you'd prefer to warm up your legs first. Don't worry though, there are still plenty of great hikes starting right from San Cassiano village centre. 

Breakfast is buffet-style with homemade pastries, cakes, cereal, bread, cheeses and cold cuts. Dinner is a three-course set menu with a choice of main course and a salad and vegetable buffet.

You'll enjoy half board six nights a week, with the restaurant serving up delicious dinners most evenings. On Thursdays, the hotel switches to bed and breakfast only and dinner is not provided. It gives you the perfect excuse to wander into the village, find a charming local restaurant and treat yourself to some authentic regional cooking.

Ladin dinners - once a week, the hotel holds a traditional Ladin buffet dinner in the rustic tavern (subject to numbers). This Ladin night is a great chance to try some of the region’s favourite dishes like turtres (fried,  spinach-stuffed pastries), spätzle (a typical type of pasta)  and canederli (dumplings stuffed with different things such as meat or cheese).

The Stube bar - the traditional Stube bar is a great spot for relaxing with a drink while you catch up on the day’s activities with friends.

Packed lunches - the hotel also provide free packed lunches on request, which are ideal if you're going walking or exploring during the day. These include two filled rolls, fruit and a snack.

North-facing rooms are around 25m² and can sleep up to two people. They're elegantly furnished with pine furniture and have a balcony with north-facing views.

South-facing rooms are around 28m² and sleep up to three people (if sleeping three people, the extra bed is a single sofa bed). They have a sunny south-facing balcony, veranda and a smart, alpine style.

Triple rooms are around 33m² and sleep up to four people (if sleeping three or four people, the extra beds will be a single sofa bed and a single bed). They have a sunny south-facing balcony and a smart, alpine style. These rooms are available on request - please call to book.

Family apartments are around 42m² and sleep up to five people. They have a bedroom with three beds, plus a separate lounge/kitchenette with a double or two single sofa beds. They also have a north-facing balcony. These rooms are available on request - please call us to book.
