Lake Iseo is a true hidden gem of the Italian lake district, its claim to fame being the delicious Franciacorta sparkling wine; the perfect tipple for relaxing by the lake. Join one of our guided walks and head over to Monte Isola, the biggest island on a lake in Europe; it's a beautiful place to go walking. If you fancy heading off on your own, why not walk up to the Pyramids of Zone, which are natural conical rock formations, a real phenomenon. Or, take some time to chill out and order yourself that glass of sparkling wine, grab a seat over-looking the lake, and sip away to your hearts content. We particularly love lakeside aperitivi at sunset.

Lake Garda is one of our most popular destinations during the summer and it’s easy to understand why. You’ll find people sitting in restaurants along the lakeshore in Garda and enjoying the views, paddleboarding on the lake in Riva, strolling along promenades or hitting the walking trails in Limone and Malcesine and learning about local history in Sirmione. Bardolino is famous for its delicious red wines, so we'd recommend heading to one of the local vineyards and doing a tasting or two! It’s easy to get around the lake with the frequent ferries so make sure you explore the nearby towns, or why not hop on the bus to Verona and spend an evening at the opera!
