Discover Geneva
Geneva is a lakeside city with a picturesque old town, wide parks and plenty to explore. You can stroll the promenades to see the Jet d’Eau, the city’s famous lakeside fountain, and views of Mont Blanc. The cobbled Old Town is full of history too, with sights like St Peter’s Cathedral and the Maison Tavel, the oldest house in Switzerland.

Sample Geneva city break itinerary
- Begin your morning with a stroll along Lake Geneva’s promenade, taking in views of the shimmering water and snow-capped Alps. Stop by the city’s most famous landmark, the Jet d’Eau, then continue along the lakeshore to discover gardens, sculptures, and peaceful spots for a coffee or picnic.
- In the afternoon, explore Geneva’s Old Town, a maze of cobbled streets and elegant squares. Visit St Peter’s Cathedral, climb its towers for sweeping city views, and step inside Maison Tavel, Switzerland’s oldest house, for a glimpse into Geneva’s past.
