The Alpenhotel Wittelsbach is a family-run hotel welcoming guests for many years with fantastic hospitality and service. Conveniently located in the resort centre and just a couple minutes’ walk to the train and bus station. The Wittelsbach has recently celebrated its 130th birthday and owners Marcus and Anja look forward to welcoming you to their unique hotel. The bar and lounge are stylishly decorated and you can dine on the terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens.

The hotel has a beautiful garden terrace with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing on warm summer afternoons. The in-house bar ‘Barsifal’ is stylishly designed and offers a social place to connect and enjoy a drink. The tea selection here is amongst the biggest in Germany and Marcus and his daughter Katharina are both qualified gold-level tea sommeliers making the weekly tea tasting a highlight of your stay. Each of the guest rooms are individually furnished and feature comfortable furnishings and rain type showers.
