• The prize draw is open to anyone who completes Promoter’s ski survey, who is a resident of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter, their families, including close friends, partners or relatives of employees, or employees of other Hotelplan UK companies and those associated with the operation or promotion of the prize draw. Any such entries will be deemed invalid.
• The prize draw will be open from Thursday 17^th July to Sunday 27^th July 2025 at 23:59.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw. All entrants must complete the survey in full in order for their entry to be valid.
• By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The prize is as follows: £100 Waitrose/John Lewis Voucher. There are three separate voucher prizes of £100 each to be won. Only one voucher can be won by any individual. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

• The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
• Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstance, not limited to catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
• The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or if they do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner/s. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for emails that do not arrive due to the entrant’s email security settings, an incorrect e-mail address or restrictions placed by their Internet service provider.
• The Promoter will notify the winners of the appropriate details for claiming and redeeming the prize.
• The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• The winners agree to the use of their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent, except where required by law or as necessary for the operation of the competition (e.g., with prize fulfilment providers).
• Once the competition prize winner has been selected, all other competition entries will be deleted. The prize winner's details will be kept securely on record for 3 years.

• Buy two lift passes (one lift pass per person) and receive the cheapest lift pass free.

Terms and conditions ​

• Prices are "frozen" on both Inghams Santa Breaks and Inghams Lapland Adventures for bookings made to depart between 30th November 2026 and 16th February 2027.​
• Prices are frozen at the latest price for the same holiday (same hotel, room type, departure airport and corresponding departure weekend) for the current Winter 2025/26 season. ​
• All excursion/activity package prices are also frozen at the latest price for the current Winter 2025/26 season.​
• Prices are frozen until 30th September 2025. Any bookings made after this date will not be eligible. ​
• The "prices frozen" message is also combinable with other offers which are live for both seasons.​
• Only the base price of the holiday or excursion is "frozen". Any applicable room and flight supplements may differ and will be at the current rate for the Winter 2026/27 season.​
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the "prices frozen" message at any time without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances such as major supplier cost increases.​
• Any changes or additions to bookings after the end date will be chargeable at the current selling price at that time.​
