• All drivers must be aged 18 or over and must bring a full, valid photographic driving licence to the excursion. Snowmobiling is a physically demanding activity, so participants should have a reasonable level of fitness to take part.
• Children must be aged 11 years or above and at least 140cm tall to ride as a passenger on a snowmobile; they must be able to comfortably reach the footrest while seated. Children under this height or aged 4-10 years will travel in a sled or pod towed behind the guide. Infants aged 0–3 years are unable to participate in this excursion.
• Single riders who have purchased a sharing snowmobile may be required to upgrade locally to a single-driving snowmobile if no sharing snowmobiles are available.

Drivers can take turns behind the handlebars, swapping halfway so everyone gets to enjoy the thrill of driving. Midway through the safari, you’ll stop at a cozy, festive café to warm up with a hot cup of berry juice and a tasty treat, surrounded by the sparkle of Lapland’s Christmas magic.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old and in good physical condition to drive the sled. It is not possible to arrange for a guide to drive the sled.
• This excursion is available for children aged 4–12 years. All children will travel in a guide‑driven sled.
• Children aged 3 years may participate only in the shorter 2 km husky safari. Infants under 2 years are not permitted on this activity.
• Single riders who have booked a sharing husky‑sled option may be required to upgrade locally to a single‑driver sled if no sharing sleds are available.

Both beginner and intermediate options are available, with a short introduction provided to help first-time riders feel comfortable, and a slightly more adventurous route for those with riding experience.

• The beginner's group is for those who have never ridden a horse or have a small amount of riding experience
• The advanced group is for confident, experienced riders, and children aged 7-12 years must have a good level of horse riding experience to take part
• Beginner and advanced horse-riding sessions take place at different times. Guests of mixed abilities who wish to ride together should book the beginner excursion
• All children must be accompanied by a participating adult when taking part in the excursion

These unique glass igloos offer an unparalleled view of the starry night sky, and if you're lucky, the mesmerising Northern Lights may make an appearance. Fall asleep under a blanket of stars, surrounded by the enchanting snow covered forests, and wake up to breathtaking views of the Lappish landscape. Don’t worry about trying to stay awake into the early hours, a wake up call is provided when the Northern Lights are overhead to ensure you don’t miss a moment. 

• Superior Igloos are about 23m² and located on the side of the fell. They have motorised twin beds, plus a sofa bed for two children (under 12 years).
• Prime Superior Igloos are about 23m² and are located in the front or second row. They have motorised twin beds, plus a sofa bed for two children (under 12 years).
• Suite Igloos are situated in the front row and have the best-unobstructed view of the valley and northern sky. The Suite Igloos are the largest igloo type at about 53m², they have a King size bed and two extra beds for 2 children (under 12 years old), a lounge area with a dining table and chairs and private terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi. You will also receive a glass of champagne as a welcome drink. - These igloos are available on request, please give our Reservations team a call to book.

An opportunity for guests who have never skied before to try the wonderful world of skiing. Conditions are ideal for learning to ski with quiet slopes and friendly English-speaking instructors. The ski taster takes place at the beginner slopes at South Point. Collect your bus pass from Zero Point and make your way there on the local Ski Bus (about 10-20 minutes). Buses run every 15 minutes. 

Adults and children will be in separate groups during the lessons. Adults accompanying children will need to purchase a bus ticket locally, as the bus pass is only provided for guests taking part in the Ski Taster.

As darkness descends over Levi, you’ll set out on an unforgettable night time adventure in search of the Northern Lights by minivan. Your experienced local guide will lead you through snow covered forests and across frozen lakes, seeking the perfect spots where the night sky reveals its magic. Look up and marvel at the star studded sky - Orion’s Belt, the North Star, and countless constellations twinkling in the crisp arctic air. With a bit of Christmas magic, you may even spot the Northern Lights lighting up the dark skies.

Important information

A visit to Lapland isnt complete without a magical reindeer sleigh ride. Hear the soft jingle of the sleigh bells as you enjoy a serene 2km reindeer drawn sleigh ride through the frosty forests.

After the ride, step inside the charming Sami museum at Lapinkartano, where fascinating stories and original artifacts bring the rich history of the farm and Sami culture to life. To complete this authentic experience, enjoy a warming lunch.

The Water World Levi - Pool & Spa has a great range of facilities to enjoy including indoor and outdoor adult and child pools. Some pools also have additional features such as sound effects, mood lighting, and water slides. There’s also sauna/steam rooms as well as indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
