Aurora Cabins are around 29m² and sleep up to four people. The Aurora cabins each have a laser-heated glass roof so you can look up into the dark Northern sky above. Inside the cabin, there's a double or twin beds and a double sofa bed. Aurora cabins are available on request. Please give our Reservations team a call to book.

Aurora Glass Cabins are around 21m² and sleep two adults and two children (under 11 years old). The glass igloos are on one floor and have either two twin beds or one double bed, plus a roll-out bed. Exclusive one night upgrade of your stay at Wilderness Hotel Muotka to a semi-glass roof Aurora Cabin. Admire the star-filled sky from the comfort of your bed. Located on the edge of Urho Kekkonen National Park, the Aurora Cabins sleep 1-4 people (Maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1-2 children). All cabins include twin or double bed and have the possibility of adding an extra bed. They have a bathroom with a shower. Aurora cabin upgrades will be on the first or last night of your stay and will be advised when you arrive in resort.

Levi Glass Igloo
Set back from Levi and equipped with thermal glass roofs, you'll have the best chance of spotting the Northern Lights in the arctic night sky on this overnight stay. You can choose between staying in the Superior Igloos situated on the side of the fell or the Prime Superior Igloos facing the forest and valley. For a truly unforgettable stay, Suite Igloos with a private terrace and jacuzzi are available upon request.

Set in a remote forest on the edge of Levi, this amazing accommodation is equipped with a thermal glass roof for maximum Northern Light viewing and includes a choice of Glass Igloo:
Superior Igloos are about 23m² and located on the side of the fell. They have motorised twin beds to make the most unobstructed views of the sky, plus a sofa bed for two children.
Prime Superior Igloos are about 23m² and are located in the front or second row. They have motorised twin beds. Igloos with extra beds are available on request, please call to book.
Suite Igloos are situated in the front row and have the best-unobstructed view of the valley and northern sky. The Suite Igloos are the largest igloo type at about 53m², they have a King size bed and two extra beds for 2 children (under 13 years old), a lounge area with a dining table and chairs and private terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi. You will also receive a glass of champagne as a welcome drink. - These igloos are available on request, please give our Reservations team a call to book.

- Overnight stay in a thermal glass igloo on bed and breakfast - breakfast in the Utsu Restaurant.
- Optional Half-Board upgrade, where you can indulge in 3 courses at the casual / fine dining Utsu Restaurant, the menu often features Scandinavian dishes with local and seasonal products from the surrounding Arctic area. Children’s menus are not available, smaller portions of the dishes on the menu are provided for under 13s.

Northern Lights stays in Lapland FAQ's
Yes, the Northern Lights can be seen in Lapland, however it isn't guaranteed. With its position within the Arctic Circle and clear winter skies, Lapland offers excellent opportunities to witness this natural phenomenon.
This can be done through your online My Booking or by getting in touch with Reservations or your Travel Agent. We would advise you to book your extras as early as possible to secure the best deals, as many offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Most extras can be added up until 4 days before departure. If you want to cancel pre-booked extras, this may incur an administration fee of £25 per person or even 100% loss – please contact your travel agent, or Reservations.
