The Borgo Condé Wine Resort is a luxury hotel set in a typically Italian Borgo in the countryside of the Emiglia Romagna region. The small city of Forli is around a 20-minute drive away and is famed for its art and architecture. The estate itself is surrounded by nature and the resort is one of the top producers of red wine in the north of Italy. The passion for food and wine continues in the elegant restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine while overlooking the countryside.

The hotel has a typically Italian atmosphere and provides the perfect blend of rest and relaxation. The guest rooms enjoy traditional furnishings with wood-beamed ceilings and light colours creating a comfortable atmosphere. Standard Rooms are about 22m² and decorated in a traditional style. They have a large double bed or twin beds. All rooms are equipped with a shower, TV, air conditioning, heating, safe, hairdryer and minibar. These rooms sleep two people.

Junior Suites are about 30-40m² and sleep up to three people. These rooms are located in the Borgo village and in the villas. They have a spacious bedroom equipped with double or twin beds. Baby cots are available on request for a supplement.

Visit Cattolica

The wide golden beaches of Cattolica line the Adriatic Coast and attract sun worshipers throughout the summer. It’s a quaint town with a laid-back atmosphere. Spend the day relaxing on the beautiful beach, sipping cocktails in beach clubs, exploring local markets and trying delicious Italian cuisine from the towns many restaurants. 

Visit Gabicce Mare

Sometimes described as the secret seaside of Italy, Gabicce Mare borders the beautiful Monte San Bartol nature reserve and Cattolica. To the north you’ll find pristine sandy beaches lined with loungers and to the south you’ll find the wilder surroundings of the nature reserve.


Riccione is sfamed as one of Italy's first seaside resorts. Apart from being a fantastic seaside destination the town is also renowned for its culinary delights, with plenty of top restaurants around you’ll have to try the fresh local seafood. There is entertainment to be found for people of all ages from exciting water parks perfect for family days out to cycling through local trails and routes in the surrounding countryside. Head into town browsing the streets lined with boutique shops, stroll through the shaded promenades of Papa Giovanni Paolo II Park. As the day cools stroll along the beachfront promenade to enjoy an appreitivo at one of the waterfront cafes or bars that are dotted along the waterfront.

Osteria Restaurant in Forlì is located at the entrance to the estate. This is the estates main restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner year round. Overlook the rolling ills of Forlì as you dine. The restaurants serves authentic cuisine from the Romagna region using ancient recipes, including hand made pasta.
