Hotel Mascagni is in the heart of ancient Rome, just a short walk from the National Roman Museum and the Villa Borghese gardens. This small property combines 19th century architecture with a modern interior to give a wonderful boutique feel. The friendly staff will make you feel right at home and we recommend getting their advice on things to see and do. The main attractions of Rome, like the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain are only a ten-minute walk away and the city's metro links are only a five-minute walk. Use the Repubblica Metro Station for easy and quick connections to any part of Rome.

The rooms have been carefully thought out and you can expect high levels of comfort with elegant furnishings and plenty of amenities. Family rooms are available too and have lots to keep little ones happy like a DVD player and colouring book and crayons. Some rooms are located in the annexe, which is 20 meters from the main hotel building.

Rooms

Classic Rooms range from 14-18m² and have free WiFi, TV, air conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, safe, hairdryer and a minibar. These rooms have a shower or bath tub and usually sleep 2 people. 

Superior Rooms are bigger between 18-22m² and some have balconies. For balcony, single occupancy or triple rooms, please call to book. 

Quadruple Superior Rooms sleep up to four people with extra single beds are available on request, please call to book. 

Annexe Rooms

These rooms are located just 20 meters from the main hotel building on the fourth and fifth floors of a historic Roman style building with an internal lift. If you're staying in these rooms, you can still use all of the facilities in the main hotel.

Premium Double are about 18m² and sleep two people with a double or two single beds.  The rooms are decorated in a bright and airy style. They have a shower, hair dryer, air conditioning, tv, minibar, coffee-tea maker and Nespresso Machine. 

Deluxe Double Rooms are about 22m² and can sleep up to three people in a double or two single beds and a comfortable sofa-bed. These rooms are soundproofed for maximum privacy. 

Family Rooms sleep up to four people and are dedicated solely for families. In addition to the double/twin bed, a sofa bed or extra beds are provided. Interconnecting rooms are also available. Extra amenities specifically for children are offered in the room. Family rooms are on request, please call to book.

Rome

As you wander, you'll visit celebrated bakeries, delicatessens and wine bars, where you'll have the chance to taste some of Rome’s culinary delights. You'll be introduced to typical Roman specialties such as supplì, steaming rice balls oozing mozzarella, or slice of pizza ‘al taglio’. After strolling through the Trastevre area you'll be ready to sit and relax in a typical romantic trattoria in Trastevere, for your evening meal.
