Perched on the shores of Lake Garda, the quaint and comfortable Hotel All'Azzurro exudes classic Italian charm. Boasting one of the most enviable locations in the resort of Limone, there are views from every angle of this gorgeous property, whether its the nearby town with its breath-taking church spire and bell tower, the distant mountains or of course the glittering azure depths of Lake Garda itself. The building is split into the main build and the annex within close distance of one another. Rooms here are modest and simplistic in their design yet warm and welcoming. Much like the rest of the hotel, they are flecked with tones of blue, gold and deep red with modern amenities. The climate is one of relaxation with a roof top sun terrace and ground floor pool overlooking the lake providing the perfect spot for an Aperol Spritz as the sun sets behind the lake. Dinner service takes place in the panoramic dining room with the option to upgrade to a la carte and dine outside on the veranda. Dishes are homemade and a fresh menu is produced daily by the long serving culinary team who's specialties include seafood risotto and fresh fish with regional vegetables.
If your aim is to get out and about and take in as much of the lake as possible then all you need do is stroll across the few steps to the ferry port. The ferry port always has a ticketing office where you can purchase any local excursions as well as those offered by your Inghams rep. The ferry can take you to all the resorts of the lake from Desenzano for the superb gelato or up to Malcesine for stunning views from the castle. There is also a bus stop just a few hundred meters from the Hotel All'Azzurro where weekly and daily passes can be purchased to enable you to see the lake from high roads.
