Days 8-11: Riva

Your last few days can be spent exploring the north of Lake Garda. The stunning old Ponale Road is a picturesque path linking Riva and Lake Ledro boasting wonderful views and shouldn't be missed - we recommend setting off early in July/August to avoid the hottest times of the day. The northern part of the lake is also known for its watersports, especially sailing and wind surfing for those looking to get out onto the water. For those that would rather relax, the cobbled streets, numerous gelaterias and long beaches are all on hand to help you while away the time.
