Ratings/reviewsClick for full ratings

Apart Hotel Alaska offers a great value choice for a stay in Andorra's highest resort. Located right in the very centre of Pas de la Casa, it's a mixture of apartment accommodation with the flexibility to self-cater but with some services like a hotel including on site restaurant, reception desk, lounge and wellness centre.

Half board can be pre-booked if you prefer.

It is quite literally just one minute's walk along the road, to the slopes and a choice of ski lifts, a gondola to the beginners' area or chair lifts to the main Grandvalira area. There is a supermarket less than a minute's walk where you can buy all you need for your meals or a choice of restaurants serving great local food or even fast food options. Pas is well known for its après ski and the choice of bars is yours.

Pas de la Casa

Known affectionately as ‘Pas’, the lively frontier town and mountain pass of Pas de la Casa (2100m) – with direct links to Grau Roig - is in north-eastern Andorra and close to the French border. so there’s a distinctly French ambience. It’s not only the highest  of the Andorran resorts, but the entire Pyrenees, with slopes as high as 2640m, and has a correspondingly good snow record! The resort usually remains open until the end of April. Pas was the first mountain village in Andorra to develop its potential as a ski resort back in 1957. The nursery slopes are right in the traffic-free resort centre, offering a combination of easy slope access and superb value après-ski, with plentiful bars and restaurants. Snowboarders love it here, and have access to a park and a halfpipe.
