There’s an air of change in Les Menuires. Whilst the original, purpose built buildings constructed in the 60s and 70s remain one of the resort’s distinguishing features, newer and attractive Savoyard style properties in the surrounding suburbs have helped to soften Les Menuires’ once harsh exterior. The resort boasts a large number of ski-in/ski-out accommodation giving some of the best access to the Three Valleys alongside an affordable price tag that is sometimes hard to find in neighbouring Val Thorens and Meribel. Beginners and intermediates have a large choice of runs to choose from, plus advanced skiers can enjoy the BK snow park and ‘Liberty Runs’ where skiers can enjoy powder skiing on non-pisted runs. The central La Croisette is host to a number of restaurants, bars and shops as is the neighbouring suburb of Les Bruyères; there’s also a great selection of non-ski activities including two impressive wellness spas to recover after an exciting day exploring the Three Valleys.
