Due to the property's elevated hillside location, guests should expect some uphill walking when returning from the village centre. As a result, the hotel may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Saalbach Hinterglemm is a real adventure base; this is one of Austria’s leading mountain biking destinations. There’s a huge variety of routes, from beginner trails to technical descents (including e-biking options), but whether you’re into cycling or not it’s still the ideal place for an active summer holiday.

There’s 400km of walking trails and a lift-assisted trail network, but it’s also a beautiful place to relax. Wander through vast woodland finding hammocks for a nap (dotted along the wellness trail), or kick back at one of 40 traditional mountain huts serving local food.
