Enjoy meals in the hotel's elegant dining room with great views of the surrounding area. The hotel provides breakfast every day and dinner six days a week. On Thursdays the restaurant is closed which is the perfect opportunity to explore the local San Cassiano restaurants.
- A buffet breakfast is ready and waiting for you each morning with plenty of choice.
- Dinner is a three course set menu with a choice of main. The head chef and his team prepare a mixture of classic recipes and typical Tyrolean dishes as well as a preparing a salad and vegetable buffet.
- Once a week you can enjoy a typical Ladino dinner with soups, spätzle, canederli, polenta and dried meats including speck from the Alto Adige.
- After dinner, we recommend a drink at the bar where you can sit by a crackling fire and chat about where you plan to ski the next day.
