The Hotel & Spa Suites d’Alexane offer great facilities and the friendly staff are always on hand to help.
The Hotel & Spa Suites d’Alexane have a great range of facilities on offer which are shared with the Alexane Residences. The facilities include a lovely spa and wellness area equipped with an indoor swimming pool, small children’s pool, sauna, steam room and a large whirlpool. There’s even a relaxation room with a Himalayan salt wall and sensory shower (age restrictions apply to the wellness facilities).
Children will no doubt love the small children’s pool and the hotel also has a small children's play area (not supervised). Older kids will also love the small cinema room with a selection of movies on offer.
The hotel embraces its mountain location and whilst it offers a great position in Samoëns it also pays homage to other famous mountain ranges throughout the hotel. You’ll notice different hotel levels are named after different mountain ranges such as the Himalayas, Andes or the Rockies.
The Hotel & Spa Suites d’Alexane are available on room only or bed and breakfast. For those booked on bed and breakfast, you can enjoy a tasty buffet.

We offer holidays by train to Samoens, which depart on a Wednesday and Saturday. The journey takes around 9 hours and 30 minutes.
On arrival, you will transfer from Cluse train station to Samoens by taxi/coach, which will take around 30 minutes.
The seven mountains that lend Samoëns its name have helped shelter the village so that, despite its popularity with hikers, cyclists and skiers, its character has remained charmingly in-tact. After all, this isn’t any old village – Samoëns is a national monument and the home of the Mourmé stonemasons. Walking holidays to Samoëns head out into the Haute-Savoie region, where both family-friendly hikes and long-distance trails explore in the shadow of some of the biggest mountains in Europe - on selected walking routes you may even catch a glimpse of the Mont Blanc.
