One popular route is the Seceda Ridgeway, a six-mile trail that takes you from the village centre to the top of Seceda mountain. This scenic path winds through lush meadows, dense forests, and rocky landscapes, all with unforgettable panoramic views. For those seeking more variety, the Puez-Odle Nature Park offers routes for all levels, from easy-going walks to more challenging hikes, each showcasing the breath-taking beauty of the Dolomites. We’ve included two full-day walks per week in Selva, just for Inghams guests. Join a small group and be led by a professional walking guide on some of their favourite trails. It’s a great way to get to know the area. The walks will run every Monday and Friday from 09 Jun-26 Sep 25 and 08 Jun-25 Sep 26. You can them onto your holiday at the time of booking, through Manage My Booking or by calling us.

Details are provided on arrival, and some may include a small local transport fee. Walks are not suitable for under 12s (under 18s must be with an adult). Lifts
There are 18 lifts open in Val Gardena during the summer, normally from the beginning of June until early October. If you're planning to make good use of the lifts in the Val Gardena the Digital Guest Pass is really useful and may even save you some money or if you want to explore further afield then the Dolomiti Supersummer pass gives you access to 120 lifts in 15 regions.
Public transport
For Inghams guests the public buses in the Val Gardena are free. All you have to do is take you Val Gardena Mobil Card with you and you'll easily be able to hop from town to town within the area. This opens up even more areas for you to explore!
Getting Around with a Guest Pass or Lift Card
Stay at any of our hotels in Val Gardena and you’ll receive a free Digital Guest Pass, giving you unlimited access to public transport across South Tyrol.
