Chef Michelle has been at the hotel for over 3 years, crafting fresh, daily menus with a variety of dishes throughout the week. Her and the team will be on hand to serve you each evening and offer any information regarding any dietary requirements you might have, something that should be notified to us in advance.
Breakfast
Each day begins with an impressive breakfast spread. Choose from a selection of juices and teas, or ask the staff for a freshly brewed coffee from the barista. Help yourself to a wide range of cereals, pancakes, waffles, freshly baked croissants, mini muffins, biscuits, yoghurts, honey, jams, Nutella, and a variety of gluten-free options. There are also hot items available daily, including eggs, bacon, and sausages.
Afternoon tea
When you return from the slopes in the afternoon, you'll be greeted with a selection of complimentary sweet and savoury treats, soup, tea and coffee in the lounge area. Chef Michelle prepares homemade treats that change daily, but we won’t spoil the surprise, you’ll have to find out for yourself! And if you're in the mood for a refreshing drink, the bar will be open, drinks payable locally.
Dinner
Dinner is the highlight of the day, and we’re confident you’ll agree. Start with a delicious array of antipasti and salads from the buffet, followed by freshly made pasta dishes such as filled ravioli, spaghetti carbonara, and lasagne, cooked right on the hot plate. Each evening, there’s a choice of a meat or vegetarian main course, yes that's right, after your pasta course! Expect dishes like beef Wellington, venison ragout, and locally sourced escalope.
If you still have room, there's a sweet dessert to enjoy, along with a cheeseboard or fresh fruit. And if the little ones aren’t keen on the evenings dessert, the team can often provide ice cream upon request.
You’ll also enjoy a choice of local red, white, or rosé wine with your meal, followed by tea and coffee. If you fancy splashing out on something a little more special, there is an impressive wine list to choose from.
After dinner you can speak to the bar staff and pay for a little tipple, as the Italians do. Italian local Genepy, various flavours of locally made Grappa, Vecchia Romagna – Italian brandy, Fernet Branca & Amaretto are all ready and waiting.
On Christmas Day and New Year's Eve, a special celebration menu is prepared.
Please inform Inghams at the time of booking about any allergies or intolerances so that Max and his team can cater to your needs.
